hi gang… its been a perceptive week, recovering from the greater cleveland triathlon and planning workouts and races in the upcoming months… 4 races in 4 weeks was a daunting test of strength, but we survived. so far this week, i had a breakwall swim at fairport with much yardage tacked on afterward. a couple of tough authority workouts and a crave bout with the elliptical gismo. trying to keep away from any unceasing as my hamstring mends a bit.the bride has pilates, and i will take a class or two, but the work sked is crazy. browns are full go. i will be at giants coliseum next monday as browns face the super bowl champs. high middle school football is one week away and the seasons longing slowly change. i love this delay of the year.you might know by in, if you have followed this blog that i like to doff creative empower with some of the famous and infamous of writers and weave my own trap of words about training and racing… hey, you gotta have fun…right?????
