Dennison Mayor Greg DiDonato announced that the new landlord registration forms are available and are being mailed. Deadline to return the forms to village hall is March 31.Village Council passed legislation last fall that requires all landlords, specifically anyone who owns a house and rents it to someone else to live in, must register their name, address, phone numbers and other contact information with the village or they will be cited.DiDonato also stated the regulation applies to houses that are unoccupied for more than 30 days.“It is the law, and we will cite.
