Business intelligence company PASSUR Aerospace Inc (OTCBB:PSSR) reported today that Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport has contracted the company for the collaborative version of PASSUR AirportMonitor.
AirportMonitor is an Internet-based airspace education tool for airport communities. It provides users with an interactive display of air traffic and flight information in and around the terminal airspace, designed for airport websites.
The new version of AirportMonitor features instant airport messaging, allowing the airport to communicate about airspace conditions that may affect residents’ noise quality instantly, along with "My Home Locator", which provides users with the ability to pinpoint their homes on the AirportMonitor background map by entering their addresses.
Financial details of the contract were not disclosed.
