They have sold out of the Kindle 1.0 - they are not going to manufacture 1.0s to fulfill the current pending back orders. When they ship the online orders in four to six weeks (1 to 1.5 months) they are going to be sending out the 2.0 updated KINDLE.
People can order online, therefore the KINDLE is already being sold.
When they announce the 2.0 this month, then this prediction is fulfilled.
