Charges dropped in Tully case
Monday night, Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick said he supported dropping charges against a Tully family after police arrested a 15-year-old girl for DWI the morning after a party at their home. On Tuesday night, a judge officially relinquished those charges. Jim Gibbons joins us with what the family had to say about the issue.
