What to Eat and Drink at Simon Sips
as the tasting room café.
It looks like Simon Sips Café is up and running, per a spot inspection. You’ll remember this is a midtown transplant, with owner Simon Mammon operating the La Marzocco espresso machine and chef Ronna Welsh designing the Greenmarket menu, which follows. Funny how she describes the olives as having the “slightest bit of anchovy.” Come on now, chef — be loud and proud about that undersung fish!
