West City Police Department Arrests • Christopher Render, 33, of Paducah, Ky., was arrested at 7:32 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, following a traffic stop in West City. Render was arrested for driving with a suspended license, improper registration and ticketed cialis kaufen ohne rezept for improper lighting. Kraemer, 17, of Goreville was arrested for zero tolerance DUI, unlawful possession of alcohol and illegal transportation of alcohol at 11:39 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, following an incident on the parking lot of the West City Police Department. According to a department report, an officer arriving on the lot noticed the young man had driven onto the lot and was outside the car urinating. A 16-year-old teen was also ticketed for illegal transportation and illegal consumption. Both teens were released to the custody of their grandfather.• Douglas L. Clark of Benton, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, on a Franklin County warrant for unlawful interference with a public utility. Clark has repeatedly altered a water meter.Sesser Police Department Arrests • Larry D. Hammond, 45, of Sesser, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after being stopped by Sesser police officers at 11:07 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 9. Sesser Police Chief Rob Barrett said Hammond’s vehicle was observed tailgating a patrol car and a traffic stop ensued. While speaking with Hammond, officers observed a green leafy substance believed to be cannabis inside his vehicle. Officers determined that Hammond appeared to be impaired and asked him to perform field sobriety tests, which he failed. Hammond’s 2001 Nissan pickup truck was towed, pursuant to village ordinance. A search of his vehicle revealed a small amount of cannabis. Hammond was also cited for illegal transportation of cannabis. He was transported to the Franklin County Jail.• Todd R. Harris, 43, of Sesser, was transported to the Franklin County Jail on charges of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol following a traffic stop that occurred at 6:55 p.m. Sunday Nov. 9. Sesser Police Chief Rob Barrett said officers observed Harris’ 1995 Lincoln Continental make a turn without signaling and followed the vehicle. Officers observed the vehicle swerve on the roadway and conducted a traffic stop. During the investigation, officers detected a strong odor of alcohol on his breath. Harris told officers he had recently been allegedly prescribed medications for a medical problem. Harris was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which he failed. His vehicle was towed, pursuant to village ordinance.
